A while back I posted about Buck's warranty issues and repair of my slightly worn-in 880.
I got it back today. And I have to admit, I am pleasantly surprised.
They replaced it. (Was it in THAT bad condition, Joe??
)
And they even returned my check that was supposed to cover shipping and handling.
I will admit, I was skeptical about Buck's policies before. In fact, this 880 is the only buck knife I have. But you guys have really proven me wrong.
I am a very pleased customer. Many thanks go out to Joe Houser and everyone else at Buck Knives.
You guys are the best.
