They tried to steal my BK-11!

So I'm out this morning for a little fishing. Little did I know what dishonest behavior I would encounter. I caught this largemouth, and that's what I was trying to do. Not hurting anyone.

Next thing I know, he's got my BK-11 in his mouth trying to get away! Bad fish!

So since it was pushing 7:00 am, I decided to call it a day. And on the way out from my fishing spot, I came across this snapper. Boy was she fast. And MEAN. And in true rotten, cold-blooded fashion, she tried to make off with my BK-11 as well.

Now, I'm all about wildlife and such, but stealing my knife? Come on!

Heck of a way to start your day there! Nice pics! Did you keep the fish and eat it?

Haha, nice post. Makes me want to get out and get a little fishing in.

I let the bass go back for next time. And the snapper was in a freshly grated road trying to lay eggs I assume. Not a good nesting spot. First snapper I ever couldn't grab. Even by the tail. She was too fast. So I used a stick to shove her off the road.

Damn, critters in Michigan are total A-holes! I'm so glad I live in Oregon, the beasties here have way more respect for their human overlords, they would never try & make off with a beloved knife! All kidding aside, I appreciate posts like this, it made me laugh (especially the turtle pic, it just cracked me up for some reason!), & let's be honest, we all need as many good laughs as possible, right? So, thanks for this!

Great pictures. Lovely bass. I'm jealous. I have taken my son fishing 5 times this spring and have caught nada. He's starting to wonder why they call it fishing.

This blade stealing is getting out of control. A few weeks ago we saw the image of an eagle making off with a mora, and now the snappers are trying too. Something has to be done!

Nice pictures. It always makes me happy to see pictures from people’s outdoors adventures :)

Haha that turtles expression says "I know you did this for a joke, but you ain't gettin' this thing back bud!"

Why you pickin on that little turtle? I got some at the folks twice the size, every year they climb the yard and lay their eggs. I like em.
Great pics man.
