Thick G10 Availability????

I searched my b**t off a while back.. in the end someone sent me a block of which he said was massive G-10... Looked awfully like black canvas micarta, with a greenish colour to the canvas itself.

I took a scan, and when the dude realized I could Identify G-10 vs micarta, he backed off.. never heard from 'm since. Still have the block Micarta tough.

In any Case.. i wish you luck in your quest... I think you're gonna need it.

Tom, I have a couple of 1" thick slabs, but it's gray... and it eats bandsaw blades. And it's heavy. Let me know if you're interested.
 
Tom, http://www.mcmaster.com used to have some G10 (Garolite) in 12"x12"x1" thick sheets in tan, blue and black. They had up to 2" thick but it was a light green color. Might want to check them.
 
one square foot.....I would never use that in a lifetime.....I think I should check with the strider guys first as thats all they use for handles.......but thanks for the links and I might just need them. That first link only has a spec sheet for G10....no sizes or prices. Thanks again. See you guys in Vegas next week?
