A week or so ago I ordered a bandicoot. It was a hard decision, as the whole line consists of bulletproof, useful knive designs. I'm getting a pretty good tax refund (not that it matters) and just now ordered the camp tramp, battle rat, and howling rat!!! I almost didn't order the howling rat, I thought it might be too much duplicity seeing as how I will have a coot. Then I read a post from a different thread (one of those "which one" threads) and someone suggested "why not order both, you know you will anyway" I knew I would want those ones anyway so what the heck. Some people collect minatures, some people collect beanie babies, I collect swamp rats! The nice thing is that I've spent way more collectivly on mediocre knives. The BR and CT can serve as kitchen knives (when off duty) since I don't really have any good ones. I would order the inficoot but don't think I want to stand the wait. It's going to be bad enough as it is. :D

Congratulations on your new Rat Family!! You've got your bases nicely covered, both big 'uns and little 'uns. You'll be a whupped pup trying to give that many bad boys all the tough love they'll be screamin' for.

But I've got a question for ya: "What are you cookin' in the kitchen that you need a Battle Rat to subdue it???" :eek: :confused: Man, I wanna come to a BBQ at your house if the steaks are THAT big. ;) :D :D

Usual kitchen fare. I think I'm going to be pleasantly surprized at the BR dimentions!

Right now I always reach for a cheap filet knife when I want to cut something. It's past it's prime. I wish SRKW would make a filet knife! That would really round out the collection! I have a drawer full of cheap kitchen knives that I never use because my EDC or filet knife is so much better. I have a funny feeling there are going to be a lot of knives at a certain yard sale in my neighborhood. ;)

as Daddy Rat hints here an there, theres a lot in the 'skunk works' right now, never know what will pop up.
