Anybody that knows me knows that I love me some thin knives. As thin as I can get away with on any given knife and have it still be able to perform it's intended tasks is what I go for.
Well, this week I received two extra thin beauties.
A Gentleman's Steak Knife that measures in at .05".
And a thin Nessmuk coming in at .092".
I also didn't realize how nicely the muk handle swells and contours. I should have known better.
The "Steak Knife" is like a laser and the Nessy is just a slice and dicer. To give you an idea, the muk is thinner than the machete it is sitting on top of. I am really looking forward to more thin knives from Andy especially the kitchen variety.
Here is a family pic of some of my favorites just for kicks. I have beat the living crap out of the Bushfinger and it doesn't even look used. And I mean I have beat it like a red headed step child . . . like it owes me money . . . like, well you get the idea.

If you have some thin knives please post some pics. I like seeing the thin ones.
Keep up the good work Andy!!
