thin steel for kitchen knives

i can't seem to find any stainless steel(cpm-154,440c,etc.) of less than .1
thick. any suggestions?other steel suggestions would be appreciated.

I found 440C at admiral steel in Chicago.

My experience with Aldo is he is an awesome gentleman. He truly cares about the knifemaker's needs. He is so popular and good and sells his stuff so well, that he runs out of certain items easily. He does sell S35VN in 1/16". If he has what you need he is certainly the right place to shop.
