Made this up this week using a set of take off scales :) Sort of follows the profile of the Brute a bit. Just a fun one of a kind to play with over the upcoming camping season. I used 1/4in thick 5160 with a full flat grind. It came in at 15 1/4in overall with a 9 7/8in blade tip to handle. Feels quite nice in the hand actually. I removed a little handle weight by drilling some 1/2in holes in the tang. Kinda feels like a straightened out short kukri :D

Very nice Bill! Looks like it would be great at de-limbing & camp chores [emoji2]

where's the picture of the cake you plan to slaughter with that beast?
everybody likes cake.
(nice temper line)

Damn that's sweet Bill!!! We do need some action shots since this is going to be a personal user though...

Send it to me!
I'll post some action shots! Lol
That looks like a beast Bill. Nice work!

Me like'um a lot...... Bet that is one very capable blade Bill.... But, you don't make anything other than capable, my friend...... I have handled a fair number of your blades and there has not been a single clunker..... And some have been spectacular.....

Ethan

That is very cool-a beckerized sinampaloc/JEST bolo

Bill-between the two of us we're gonna have a whole Becker-gripped "weapons of Moroland" plaque built up...

That is spectacular. It really looks like it would be a fun one to put to work.

Please share some more pictures when you get it out and about!

I can only wish that KA-BAR would let Ethan and Bill team up for a BK&T collaboration.
The results, I believe, would be quite favorable.

Oh man..... Both of these are doing it quite well. I really want a nice bolo now.

Add a few inches and this thing would kill the Junglas. Just plain nice. Ka-Bar!!! You listening???
