This takes about ten minutes to download on dial-up, but it is worth it. Keep these guys in your prayers.

It does have sound.

I don’t now what to say . . . thank you for showing me this. It is the single most moving thing I have ever seen on the internet. Thank you and most importantly thank them.

Please people pray for them this night, this season and until they come home.

That was truly moving. Our boys walk the line to protect and defend our freedoms. God be with every one of them...

It's not often that I have to wipe tears from my eyes but seeing this did it to me. Thanks for posting this man. Knowing the sacrifice that these men and women are making just makes the holidays that much more meaningful. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families. And to the families of those who gave all they had to keep us safe, "Thank You for the ultimate sacrifice".
God Speed and Come home soon

Glad you guys enjoyed it. I don't get emotional too often, but this video got me. I saw quite a few GIs in the airport and felt good they got to come home. Merry Christmas to all.

For the Marines here, thank you. We are all doing well, at least the group I am with. Today is rainy and quiet so far. No rockets, no mortars, all is well.

By the way, I did finally order my first Busse and look forward to handling it after I get back home. First see the new baby, then the Busse. It all fits.

Hopefully Jerry will not have to hear from me, but I do tend to break knives. The only one that has survived intact, and I have owned it 12 years, is a Gerber BMF. In the dead pile: 3 Ka-Bars (armorers get mad about that), 1 Cold Steel, 1 or 2 Bucks, and numerous other lesser blades. It was about time I went looking for something more durable. I do not try to break them, but a tool is a tool. The Busse warranty is impressive and I look forward to using any knife whose maker has that much confidence in his work.

Oh, and those are just the dead (damaged beyond any use). There are numerous others that suffered severe "cosmetic" damage that could be fixed. One was a custom (bought at a knife show) that eventually had enough steel removed that it looked like a thin filet knife. We will not even get into folders that didn't make it, though I am more of a fixed blade user.
