I have been on a quest for a nice outdoor utility fixed blade, with a sub 4" blade. At Dicks today, I saw them selling the 109 for $19.99. It has a 420 blade, and a synthetic handle. Included is a nylon sheath. It is Chinese made, but I have one of the 373 folders, and that is Chinese production and works fine. I'm pretty sure that I am gfoing to get it, but I would like just a little info and some opinions first.
Is the handle rubber or hard plastic?
Has anybody used one, how well do they hold up? I doubt I need to worry, Buck does warranty them, but I want to make sure I make the right move on this one.
BTW, I already have a Woodsman, Little Finn, and Mora for hunting. I am looking for a GP field knife and this one fit the bill
