Armadew pretty much covered it on blade thickness and ease of carry.
The Centofante 3 is one of my top Spyderco favorites. I hesitated buying one for too long, thinking too much about the pinned construction, only having a partial lining with untextured FRN scales and the thin, almost delicate-appearing blade. Once I had one in hand, all those worries vanished. It kind of reminds me of the Al Mar Ultralight series. It feels great, very light and as ergonomic as all Spydercos. The FRN is not slippery at all and, since I still own 20+ year old Spyderco models with pinned construction and unlined FRN that show no loosening at all, I don't worry about excessive wear. That thin blade is a superb slicer--I use it often to split one of my prescribed meds for divided dosages without crushing the small tablets.
I also love the appearance. I'm a big fan of sabre grinds and swedges (something I miss on many current Spyderco models) and the form follows function well. It's not a heavy-duty, batoning chopper but it is a fine knife for everyday knife-like jobs. I like it so much, I bought a second one to put back in case it's ever discontinued and I lose my original knife.
