I didn't see any recent threads on the Szabohawk, and I was wondering if anyone could offer some hands-on information, anecdotes, etc. I am considering it as exclusively a training weapon/BOB hawk, not as a bushcraft tool ... I like the ergonomics and size, but wish the poll was longer, or even spiked. I also like the 1/3" thickness and full tang; not a fan of two-piece head and handle designs. The Szabohawk's front edges and point remind me of the discontinued GG&G Battle Hawk. I have shopped around and found the lowest price to be a bit under $200. Thank you in advance for any useful input.
