Thinking about a Waki...

Hey everyone!

I'v never posted here before but I'v been doing some reading and I want to pull the trigger on my first Busse kin knife- the Swamp Rat Waki.
I was wondering if any of you fine gents could post some pictures of the black micarta handles. I saw some pictures in which they looked almost dark green and wanted an accuate idea of what how dark they actually are.

The last thing I was wondering was about the blade coating: and they all textured? The black and moss coatings look much more rough then the sage and tanker grey. Or am I just seeing things?

I can't post a pic at the moment but I would say the black micarta is closer to a charcoal grey......

Black micarta can vary.

Here are both of mines, but the more common one seems to be the lighter one.

No picture, but mine is a very dark grey'ish green.

Thanks, Sage/ black Micarta was the colour combo I was thinking about, and it looks great!

Black micarta/sage is one of my favorite combos. The Waki is such a fun blade too, you'll enjoy it.

That stipped WAKI looks extremely nice. What grit was used for the final finish?
