Thinking about buying a CRKT M4.

Hello - I am new to the Forum and have been interested in knives for quite a while now.
What started me was a Buck 110 that I got back in the 1970’s. I also have a Terzuola titanium linerlock, a Hastings Knife Works fixed blade, some small Kelgins and recently a couple of Spydercos.
I decided to get the Tasman Salt with a plain edge based on the advice of Forum members.

Now am thinking about buying a CRKT M4. I would like to hear from the forum members what their thoughts are about the quality of the M4. Its fit, blade steel, strength of lockup and the assisted opening feature.

The CRKT M4 is new, so I don't think many (if any) have it yet. I'm looking forward to a review, good pics, and hopefully handling one in person. I like the design, very long blade to handle ratio, and attractive price, but am a bit concerned with the liner lock as CRKT liner locks tend to wear a bit fast (from my experience with M16 and M21 series).

You can have either assisted or non-assisted opening with either the plain model or the veff serrated model. Looks like a decent knife.
Haven't personally held one, so I couldn't tell you how it feels.
