for a Busse. The Sebenza is a great knife but it is not seeing any carry.
Can you please tell me about some models with a 5 to 7 in blade length.I know about some models but I am not as knowing about Busse as I am other brands.
Thanks for any help.

I really like the looks of the ABLE # 119 that 1whobuys has up for sell.I haven't offered him a trade on it because it looks like he is just wanting to sell.

Your best bet would be to post in the Trade section of the exchange. You could give details of your Sebbie and state what you are looking for. Your size requirements would include the Badger (4 1/2"), the Natural Outlaw or Satin Jack (6") and perhaps the Steel Heart (7 1/2")

Good luck in your search.

I am not sure I want to trade yet.I am just trying to find out some info on what I might want if I decide to trade.
Thanks

Good luck with your trading and welcome to the Busse Forum U812,

Let us know how you do.

Thanks Jerry,I just took a look at the Satin Jack over on Bad Mojo and It does look like what I am after.

Well, I carry a small sebbie most days as my EDC or at least one of my EDC's. Lately I have also taken to carrying my Active duty horizontally in the small of my back since I can't go to school armed. Anyway, the sebbie is a good folder but nothing can compare to the feeling of a Busse. ANY Busse. Good luck with your trading.

Well I did it.The Sebenza up for trade.I have been looking at pics of the Satin Jack and Natural Outlaw all day.
I also sent 1whobuys an offer on the Able.Does anyone have any info on it.
OBTW,OINK,I hope.

u812,

Here are the blade thicknesses:
AB - .150" (regular 3rd gen. Badgers are 3/16")
NO - 1/4"
SJ - earlier ones were 1/4", later ones 3/16"

Thanks gk4ever,I have had a coulpe lower end offers but I think I will hold out hope some one will come along with a SH-E,Natural Outlaw or BA-E.
Doing that Homer Simpson thing evertime I see the NO.

u812,

All of the blades on the E-handled models are 1/4" thick, with the exception of the Zero Tolerance (ZT) series being 3/16". There is a noticeable difference in weight, for example between a regular NO and a ZTNO. If you expect to do any significant chopping with it, I would recommend at least a 1/4" NO. If weight is the more important factor, then 3/16" might be better. Also keep in mind the new models will be different; for example, the new SH will be even beefier than the SH-E, and the handle shape is changing on all of the new ones, including the BA, BM, NO, SH & SJ. The new line will have some new designs too - lots of choices! :)

Sounds good,I guess I would prefer 1/4 in in a 6 inch blade but because I am tradeing right now I will be open to other opptions.

Well it looks like I picked the wrong time to trade a Sebenza.I may have to sell it on ebay and try to buy a Busse.
