Thinking of getting a 20CV ?

I have a Mini Ritter Grip in M390 and like it a lot. I would like another blade shape in the super steel (CPM 20CV). I'm thinking the 20CV will perform much like the M390. Now the blade shape I have my eye on is the sheepsfoot 555-1.

For those who have them, does the sheepsfoot slice well? Like the Ritter?

Nothing else in the grip family slices like a Ritter. The new 555-1 is a saber grind, a change from the standard 555 which is a hollow grind which lends itself to better slicing. Definately not trying to talk you out of trying a new blade profile so I say go for it and try it out. Out of all the grips (have had them all minus the tanto) my favorite is the drop point.

Anybody know what the hardness on the 20CV Grips is running? Site says 59-61... would be happier if it was 60-62, but I reckon I'm nitpicking.
