hi good day to you all, im thinking of getting my first busse, the popular TGLB but i have a bit of a problem, i live in the philippines.. i tried the contact us part of the busse site 2 days ago, still no reply, aaand i tried registering on the busse forum but my account has not been approved yet. well i guess they are really busy over there :D maybe you guys could help me out on some of the procedures in ordering one internationally (with cash) and did the package encounter any problems in customs. any help and opinions is appreciated :)
 
I'm not sure what the Philippines customs is like, but getting knives to Australia is easy enough. Just make sure you're aware of your local laws surrounding various knife designs so you don't buy one that is restricted.

I purchase direct from Busse using paypal and there are never any problems. Send them another note about your order and hopefully you'll hear back soon from one of the girls :)

thanks rob! the knife laws over here are rather unclear you can own any knife, but you have to have a good reason why you are carrying one. yeah im thinking about sending them another one through the website just hope my questions get answered soon coz im dying to get my hands on a busse :D btw ive never used paypal before but if it involves credit cards im screwed haha

It's Monday morning here in the US, they don't normally answer emails over the weekend. Give them a day and I'm sure they will get back with you. Welcome to the forums.
 
Yeah, like everyone is saying, Busse customer service is top notch, they will get you squared away quickly. Welcome to the addiction....

@lexi thanks for the reply! :) how is it here in the philippines? well what the government are saying and what the people i know on the ground and on the scene is very different. relief goods are being held up because of stupid politicians wanting to hand them out themselves and worse putting theyre names on the plastic relief bags. our social welfare department (head of relief operations) are making stupid decisions, people are still trapped in other parts of leyte but all the people are talking about is tacloban. sorry just needed to vent @@ been packing relief goods after classes for a week and the fatigue is killing me :)) oh by the way have you guys ever shipped to the philippines?
