Thinking of selling a 581 Barrage in favor of a Viper Lille.

I've already got a big knife in a unique steel and wasn't looking for the Barrage when I got it. I'm thinking the Lille is a good swap, better materials overall and a bit more of a dress knife which is what I'm after. Is there anything I don't know about that would keep me from making the leap? I'm not terribly familiar with Viper as a company.
