Hi,
I've got a DB that came with a neck sheath, and the smaller diameter paracord used for the handle. For concealment purposes the handle is still pretty thick. Have you ever experimented with using paracord with all the "guts" removed for the entire handle? I've tried this with another neck knife and it came out great as long as I make sure the pattern stays the same for the length of the handle, otherwise it looks and feels like sh!t. On that knife the handle is only one layer thick, it only has the top, twisted layer.
Either way, your knives kick butt, keep up the good work.

I could have sworn I answered this...
Sure, we do it all the time. It really cuts down on the thickness of the handle. They don't come that way, but if you want, we want. Feel free to send that sucker in for maintenance. All it will cost you is $14. for return postage. Make sure to put a note in to remind us of the thin cord and cord color.

Carpe Diem
