I'm looking for a new jacket similar to a green London Fog jacket I bought over 10 years ago. It's very thin and lightweight, but has a zip-out Thinsulate liner. The jacket is water resistant and has a hide-away rain hood in the collar. The awesome thing is the Thinsulate. I can wear it even when it's 30F outside!

Where can I find a thin, lightweight, water-resistant jacket with Thinsulate liner and hide-away hood?

I figure if anyone would know, BFC folks would know! :D

Thanks in advance.

Check out cabelas .
I wear one of their northern lite jackets gortex/thinsulate and really like it.
Everything with the cabelas name on it usually means great quality to me.

I have a Helly Hansen lightweight jacket that fits your description. I went on a 2 week trip to the Norther Netherlands that turned into 6 weeks. The only time I was slightly cold was in 20 degrees Farenheit with a 30 knot wind near the canals. This thing would be good down to about 10 in still wind. Awesome for a $100 coat.

Look at North Face gear at the better sports shops (not the mass chain stores). They make similar gear that will serve you well.
