Looks like WF to me. Are the scratches random but in a sort of uniform way? That would be indicative of WF. If they are only in specific areas, it might have been blasted and then used/scratched by the original owner.

Hard to tell from those pics, but it sorta looks like my WF XM-18s. My SW MP-1 has a different look to the lock side and the blade from what I think I see there. If it's unmodified, I'd guess it's WF.
