These last few months in knife buying have been pretty crazy for me. I've basically made the transition from solely buying productions in the $150 range to spending more money on 3 knives than all of the knives I've bought before. I'm not really sure what took me from the mindset that I'd rather have 4 $125 knives rather than 1 $500 knife other than the fact that I wanted a Hinderer XM-18... bad.
Because of that I placed myself on a waiting list for the Gen 3 XM-18, not really expecting to have the funds whenever if became available. Low and behold I had the cash and snagged the most expensive folder I've ever bought up to that point. And after accepting the fact that I was willing to use this "expensive" folder, I immediately set my sights on another high end folder and then another and then another.
So here's what I've come up with over these past few months:

I hope to be at Blade '09. I do not know if that will be possible TO attend Blade, with the time off I HAVE to take for my upcoming surgery. If I AM there, yes, it would be a pleasure & an honor to introduce myself at Mr. Hancock's table. I LOVE all kinds of custom knives!!!
