I introduced this guy in the Emerson forum a little while ago.
His name is Tyson and he is my little PIA. A Ridgeback mix. About 50 lbs of solid muscle and a houndish bark.
My wife came down stairs a few weeks ago and handed me my Ti lock and said the dog must have been playing with it and the leather lanyard is in pieces all over the floor. He must have taken it out of the night stand. I said honey, I dont have a leather lanyard on that knife. That is when she started laughing and my jaw dropped. Followed by me laughing.
I have no proof but trust me. He ate it.
Anybody have a small sheath they can sell? But seriously this guy has done some serious damage. Lots of love and training went into this puppy. He is in love with my wife and the kids. Im his play thing.

I'd think twice before snagging one of the leather-inlayed Sebenzas. The dog is clearly hell-bent for leather.

I never noticed the leather inlay sebenza before. If I had one it would have been a nightmare on brown st.

There was only a single piece really the size of a paper clip left behind. By the time I took a look.
The rest he digested.

When we first rescued him at about 6 months. He ate a Tv remote, rubber carpet, plastic electric candle and the insole of my new Timby Pros.
He had anxiety and was not properly cared for. We worked it out of him. For the most part.

Get him a leather collar, soon enough he will be used to the odor of it and might not be as attracted to it.

But for now, at least you got a laugh from it. Great looking pup and good on you for the rescue!

you're a great dog owner and as an owner of 5 rescued husky's I know what you have gone thru but when they have been abused you really can't descipline them really just look at them and say Oh well. But when you really consider them part of the family you take them with you everywhere in say a 2015 newmar canyonstar 3953 you bought just to take them camping with you.lol
