i am trying to decide between another ratweiler, a camp tramp, and a battle rat[/B].

Here is my personal opinion :

1. Ratweiler - The total weight is quite high and the swing weight (energy on the edge while cutting wood) loose to Battle Rat whereas the the Battle Rat has advantage on carrying weight (total weight). This is due to the bulky on the handle side and the blade length is only 7.5 inches.
However this one has the best look.

2. Battle Rat - the total carrying weight is a little bit more than Camp Tramp but the swing weight come from the longer arch and it really has much better egergy while cutting.
Comparing to Ratweiler the total weight is about the same (I guess) and so i prefer a longler blade.

I prefer battle Rat the most if I lead the group who go to the wild and I would choose the Camp Tramp if I am the follower in the group.
This opinion base on the nature of the wild in Thailand rain forrest where we need to cut some branches for easy walking.

3. Camp Tramp - give the best carrying weight and length. It is event better than Ratweiler in term of action.

That picture just became a bit more amazing. ;)
