Has anyone visited the Valley Forge Gun Show? Its coming up this weekend and I wanted to know if it was worth going as far as knives are concerned. That would be my primary reason to visit then next would be the firearms. Any input would be appreciated since they choose not to disclose any info on the vendors there.

Yes, it is. There are at least two dedicated knife vendors who do the show and both have a good selection of Benchmades, Spydies, Kershaws, Buck, Cold Steel etc. at good prices. One often has Chris Reeve and a big selection of Swiss Army knives. There are also several other folks who have some high end Strider stuff(as well as Maxpedition and other goodies), some who sell more collectable older things like quality pen knives, and of course quite a few vendors of bayonets and mil knives... plus another handful who sell the more Bud-K type stuff. Not to mention lots of things that go bang,

This show, along with the bigger shows in Harrisburg, are the best shows in the area by far. There's a regular show at the Philadelphia Armory that's ok but is less than one half the size(one of the dedicated knife sellers is usually there, though).

Well worth the trip and the price of admission, imo...
