Look what I got for an absolute STEAL last month. Had to give it some TLC (took it apart about 15 times, I could probably build this thing in my sleep), but it's a beautiful piece. Definitely not a safe queen, as it looks like she may have been owned by a non knife person previously (honestly I don't know how that guy ended up with this beauty). The scales are in nearly perfect condition, but the blade has some light scratches running along it. Either way, I love it. The size is amazing, and it's just BEAUTIFUL. The 610 deserves a comeback.. It kills me when I hear people talk negatively about this knife (especially when they’ve never owned one, nor held one)..

I have one from back in the day.. Wish it was satin PE though.. It’s a monster folder

I was in the same boat. I got this 615 and a plain edge version on eBay recently. I got them for less than the going rate but neither was a steal by any means.
The lesson I've learned is that if I see a Benchmade I like I usually just buy it while it's still readily available. I'm trying to talk myself into a 940-1501 now....
