it is 11" long with 6 1/2" blade of 1095 steel. Handle is made of thin win, a relative of wenge. Since this pic, I have put a satin machined finish on it with my new scotch brite belt...those things are awesome.

A sweet utility straight edge blade, It would be right at home in a craft shop or pro kitchen and it got me thinkin about straight edges and what to use them on. It would make one hell of a sandwich knife for blocks of cheese and logs of dried beef. It would be right at home in my old log cabin in Alaska. Thanx for the pic.
