Oh come on Raden, everyone has a price ;)

Mark, If you insist I'll trade for a Sword or two, or maybe a Urgent fury set.

Very knice. If it weren't so precious, it would make a great user. Congratulations, very knice piece.

Nice "toy" Raden!

That's the problem with the Birds Beak Steel Hearts. I have to say that next to a couple of my Variants, the Birds Beak is my favorite Steel Heart. Just can't bring myself to go whack something with it when I have a perfectly serviceable ZT Steel Heart or regular E Handle Steel Heart as a user. When people talk about picking one knife to take in my BOB it centers around either the Birds Beak or my Steel Heart Bowie Variant and will probably include my Nuclear Heart Variant when I get it ( hint, hint).

I keep hoping that Jerry will do a commemorative Birds Beak Steel Heart II that I can justify using ;)

You're not the only one hoping this will come true. I've been wanting a Commemorative BB SH for ages :D:D

Can anyone say 25th anniversary?

(does that seem like a long time to wait or is it just me?:p)

raden, very nice blade, and you are crazier than sh#t if you don't get rowe to make a sheath and use the piss out of it! with that bead finish it won't hurt it a bit and if it does get a blemish you can re-bead it for a few bucks. very nice!!

I'da posted sooner, but my drool shorted out the keyboard.

Man, nice, nice piece....

Sweet...

is there a very small knick in the macarta handle on this knife?

Hey STRABS....here it is:D ;)

send some close ups of the handle area please! looks like he did not remove the solid bolts. on most of his older refinishes he replaces the bolsts and screws with the "upgraded" hollow rivets. it looks like it was blasted with the handles on or he replaced the bolts with new bolts? either way it is still VERY

As requested, here are some pics of the handle area. I'm not sure if they were replaced or not, I only had the knife for a day before I sent it into the shop. I know it had a deep scar in the micarta and it's not there any more.
