The ASH1 LE is quickly becoming a "pry it out of my cold, dead hands" knife.

The more I handle it, the more I like it.

uuuuummmmm! bisquits! .......................................oh, the knife looks cool!

need coffee to go with them!

Nice pics! I like the biscuits, too. :D

Do you have a CG handy that you could put with that LE for a comparison spine shot? If someone has posted one of these shots already, I missed it. There's a lot of talk lately about the thin tip on the LE, and mine's not here yet.

Thanks!

It's the truth....I'm telling you it almost brought tears to my eyes to send my baby off to Brian.;) Good thing I have another one!:p

I actually got a chance to do some chopping with it before I sent it off and it doesn't do a half bad job. Nothing like a FBM or FSH but not bad.

The hardest thing for me right now.....is not buying a 3rd one!

Agreed it feels great in hand. For me first it was my Black micarta DC GW, then the BATACLE, now the ASHLE. It never ends.

Bisquits look great! you need to push them around with some sausage and egg's, then wash'em all away with a bloody mary with a little extra Tbassco' sauce and a celery spinner stick!!:D:thumbup:

Awesome ASH ...can't put mine down either! But I can help ya with those bisquits!:D

We're phasing out most of our teflon cookware and going back to cast iron for a lot of dishes. I've always made my biscuits on an oiled, stainless-steel flat pan similar to the ones my mom uses. However, I'm really liking the cast iron griddle for biscuits. It browns the bottoms better and it keeps them nice and warm while you're scarfing down the first helping.

Awesome Bisquits. Nothing like a morning pan of Bisquits, jelly, cup of Joe, and your favorite smoke.Thats living!! I'm easy to please. Your Knife looks great, a real beauty!

Man, I need some leather for this ASH1 LE.

If I get back in line with Dwayne, it's gonna be months. Same for Chuddy at this point, I bet.

I may have to take drastic measures and start reading up on leather stitching.
