I spent $30 on a clearance knife at Wally World yesterday.
Next thing I know, I've confirmed my order for a ZT 0551.
Now I want a Skyline and a ZT 0561.
All this, and still no free knife from Thomas W. :p
Where's the love? Maybe I need to follow Thomas on Twitter. :D
 
I thought you already experienced the simple joy owning a Skyline....
Oh and P.S. ..... I do the same thing

I'm not even sure my closest Wal-Mart sells knives. I may have to go more rural to find a Skyline.

Could be. I had to drive 25 miles south (away from DC) to find a Wally World that would sell me a knife.

I'll check my cup. FWIW, tin is so 2008. Professional grifters upgraded to titanium a couple of years ago. More durable and makes a prettier clink. :D
Look, since Jeff Randall took his ball and went home, I don't have anyone at BFC to razz about free knives. Thomas is just a logical successor. :p

I, on the other hand, am joking pretty much all the time. See thread title for an example.
 
Yeah, Biscuit, no ZT love here. I been on T Dubs for a while now, and still no free knife. What up wit dat? I gots me some other knives, a HEST/F (:(). I almost had a ZT301, but the guys credit card I swiped was broke.

I even met with T Dubs at Blade, and still didn't get the free 777 that I wanted. Yeah, this place bites.

I thought twitter subscriptions came with a free 777? Must have been misinformed, where's my free knife for the trouble? :D

I'm just freaking fascinated by the quality in the salvo I picked up, if kershaw can do this for 30 bucks I can't even imagine what the 561 i have preordered will be like. I bet the real question will be, "does it blend?"

That's sort of where I was at yesterday when I opened up the OD-1. I figured the ZT's must be akin to Nirvana.
Until yesterday, I'd just never handled a Kershaw. I don't shop for knives at Wal-Mart normally, and the couple of local places I visit do not stock them.
That 0777 looks like it needs rocket boosters. It just screams aerodynamic. :p

I got to handle it at Blade, super light, and that blade shape screams cut stuff. I really liked it, and that's coming from a guy that doesn't like "fancy lookin' stuff".

The lock is, something.

I still want my free ZT303, though. I'm a member here, I don't think that asking too much. :D

Before you part with the knife made famous by your Skyline thread, however, let me see if my local W-Mart carries them.
If I can't find anything around here, I will take you up on it. :thumbup:
