this question just occured to me

I dunno who could answer this better, but i would guess Thomas or Tim. How does KO make his custom Offsets blades? What i mean is, does he grind them like that or does he use something similar to what Kershaw uses (MIM)? If he grinds the blades, then my hat is off to him (again).

the new thread entitled "kershaw offset??" got me to thinking this.

I wouldn't put it past Ken to grind his own. He is after all, The Master!!
I've seen some of his post on the KO forums showing shots of starting a
knife from beginning until the finished product. Really cool. He is brilliant,
that's for sure.
