...has anyone noticed that the Manix 2 XL is already available (though atm only straight from Spyderco)? No one seems to have noticed yet (or if they did, they just didn't post I guess)...

Yeah, I bet that this will end up as another one of their best-selling models.

Just like the Military, Para 2, Manix 2, Delica 4 & Endura 4. Among others.
 
Good to know. When I first saw the XL in the new catalog I thought it was a little too big, but it has grown on me and I am definitely going to be getting my hands on one.
