Guys and Gals!

I just wanted to say that I've been so lucky to find this site and forum. I believe this forum has enriched my life. I have gained so much and am not sure I can ever repay in full. There are bunches of virtuous and sincere people here. I've been exposed to teachers, students, guidance counselors, deans (Mods) and comedians in the same thread! I have bought and purchased knives here with no issues. People here have sent me a box of knives to try out and I just got an offer to try out another knife I have interest in. Business is tough now a days with unethical and corrupt people lurking but I haven't seen it here myself. It takes a lot of trust to send someone you've never met a payment for something you've never actually physically examined. It takes a lot of trust to take payments on a highly valued knife in a sale (My personal finance means on some sales!). I feel that there is a level of trust and mutual respect here that I haven't seen in many other places in my life.

So, with great admiration, I thank all you kind and generous people here in the traditional area. This forum is truly sublime!

Great stuff Randy, thanks for being here :)

Well said. In addition, the silly and juvenile bickering which breaks out on other forums is virtually non-existent here. Instead, there is a tradition of honor, civility, and friendly acceptance that is a pleasure to behold and makes this a such great place to hang out.

Bickering violates guideline 3, and is therefore is not permitted. A combination of private conversations and infractions is used to discourage it.

Welcome to to the Traditional Forum!
The goal of the Traditional Forum is to provide a place where friends can talk about their traditional knives and share information about them in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Folks have asked for detailed guidelines of what is allowed in the Traditional Forum, and those are given below. But in short, there are three basic guidelines, which should be enough to get you going:
►Post about traditional knives.
►Use family friendly language.
►Post Friendly.

The respect shown to each other here in Traditionals is one of the main reasons I frequent this forum. The way cool knives are another, of course.

Well said Randy and you are cut from such cloth yourself:thumbup:

You posted a thread sometime back that if ANYONE that wanted a yellow Rough Rider Canoe to simply claim it...for FREE!!!

My son still carries that knife;) Thank you for your generosity:thumbup:

Couldn't agree more, Randy! Keeps me coming back in spite of the fact that y'all are a bunch of enablers :D
