This is a Gerber Emerson Alliance auto. I had to disassemble to do the grind, and yeah, upon reassembly the pivot screw snapped (probably due to the red lock tite in there/cheap screws). Anyway, got the snapped screw out and the threads cleaned out, just waiting on Gerber to get back w/ me! So this blade used to be serrated (as you can see) but my customer wanted the serrations removed and opted for a regrind. I think he chose wisely as this will perform like a new knife! It is almost zero ground but has a micro-bevel about .005" thick at 15 dps.

What a difference! Nice job as usual. I'm really going to have to get you to do one of my knives at some point.

Brian.

Thanks guys, grinding is my favorite part of what I do 😊

Thank-you for the compliments!

Man... this thing was a PAIN to disassemble and reassemble w/ all the springs lol. Anyone know how good Gerber is about replacing screws?

A difference that is measured in light years, and a true feast for the eye if you are a knife afi.
The owner will be very pleased.
