Hi all! Here is my latest creation in a strange Australian Wood called Gimlet. I think this is just a slang name and I have yet to find the "official" name for the wood but the resin veins and its composition are quite different. Anyway, it was a fun knife to build and this wood is amazingly hard. My bandsaw did not like cutting it where most woods slice like butter. Hope you enjoy! Have a great holiday weekend.
and here is a special sheath that I had made for my by a leather person at the world famous Kings Ropes and Saddelry in Sheridan Wyoming (my home town). Any of you familiar with Wyoming will recognize the bucking bronco, Wyoming's official symbol. Came out to spec and looks pretty darn nice. It's good to finally have a proper sheath for a proper knife
