If you guys (and gals) have not gone over (to the Bladesmith question and answer forum) and taken a look at this years KITH yet, (Knife In The Hat, someone always asks) you should, there is some very nice stuff in there again. Stacy is ram-rodding it again and doing a fine job. I like all of them but there are a couple that really cought my eye, also a really nice tomahawk that everyone is excited about. For just a taste, here's the knife I am contributing.

Yes, pretty as can be.
Mark, just curious, what's the largest piece you have made?

That would be this one, a short sword with gold wire and gilded fittings, woolly rhino handle and jade inlays (22 inches overall). My most popular patterns have always been hunters, so that's what I make the most (cuz they are comissioned the most). I am working on a couple of big bowies right now, more of a stock removal kind, but I do really want to work more toward the ABS style. I always want to widen my scope and resist getting stuck in a rut, sometimes it's not easy.
