Hey Thomas, I am having issues with Customer Service regarding my nice new Offset. I sent it in for service a few weeks ago, and just got it back today-unfixed
The blade has a dimple in it, and I first mentioned it in this thread:

I also noticed that there is back and forth play in the blade when it is locked open, making me think it needs new steel liners also.
I just had a great experience with Customer Service regarding torsion bar springs for my Speed Bump, so I was shocked to see my Offset return untouched. I was never contacted with any questions about the specific problem, and I did send a note with it explaining what the problem was. My enclosed receipt of purchase was returned with "RPR1597G10" on it.
What can I do? I don't want to whine and complain like some people I have seen do here.
