Any chance you'd take bribes to get us some more Titanium handled Leeks?

A solid D2 or S30V blade and Titanium....I'll buy two personally, I promise.

Some of my wife's world famous Sugar Snap cookies and my undying devotion to buying Kershaw products?

...Okay, so you have one of those already, but the cookies I can deliver....

(and the benefit of pissing off the Sebenza crowd again when we all go bonkers over new Ti Leeks...extremely high value)

This might be a start...

i do love a good macallan. a family friend invited us over for a night of billiards a while back and we got to taste his macallan 30 that was bottled before he was born so it was basically 60 something scotch. a real treat, unlike wine, i don't think scotch changes chemical consistency once bottled, but it was still more than i could afford at the time

The bribes are all starting with the letter S...Sugar Snaps...Single Malt...Spirits...Scotch...I'm feeling a little strange with all of this.

well tomorrows temptations could perhaps transpire with theoretical tangibles beginning with the letter T

I like the letter T...oh yes there are some T's I like for sure...yes indeed.

I think you were on the right track with the Fine Oak, wrong age though.

I think the age needs to appropriate for the magnitude of what you are asking for.

This might work, too, but sadly, the ones I have in the cellar are only vintage 1993...:D

Or should I wait until we get to the W's?

Good Gawd! I just looked online and the 2000 Reserve is now over $ 100 a bottle! And 93 was a better year, too!

Paso Robles?? That's a long way from Virginia DV!!

Very nice bottle:thumbup:

Justin makes some very fine wine! In 93, when Wine Spectator gave it a 99 of 100 rating, I called a friend that owns a fancy restaurant. He ordered me 2 cases of it. The last 2 bottles I opened were with Richard Childress and Kevin Harvick the night he won the Busch series the first time. That was in 2002, I believe. It was better then than it was in 1994! I wonder what it's like today?

I only have 10 bottles left....

I don't believe anyone has successfully documented one working...yet.

Can't imagine Thomas would object to trying though.

Talisker....I know for a FACT you like that one!:D

Thomas has developed a palette for the aged single malts.

Best Regards,
