The bottom one is the Sifu by Round Eye Knife and Tool. I am not sure of the other.

As aready noted, the lower knife is a Sifu.
The other knife with the button lock was something dreamed up by none other than Mike Turber. Now I don't know if it was or will ever get produced, I think it is also suppose to be and auto as well. Any comments Mike?
