i bought my sixth emerson today . never even considered the cqc7 but i walked out of the shop today with a 06 plain edged waved version. i like it alot and this knifes history ill admit drew me in a little . gotta get some of those new eki shirts and check out the website if you havent been there lately. its awesome that this design is still going strong after all these years:thumbup:

nah, im just a basic member and dont have any way to post pics . sorry . ive been carrying my cqc8 for so long it feels weird to carry something a bit smaller . im still really attached to the 8 and have carried on duty all over the place and its got alot of sentimental value i guess . any eki is a good peice of kit though .
Anyone can post pics. Get a photobucket.com account for free, it takes 30 seconds and take pics with your digi cam and upload them to your computer, desktop is easiest. Or "Pics". or take them with your cell phone and send them to your email address and save it to your Desktop or wherever you want, then upload it to photobucket and use the Image code for blade forums. The HTML code works on other place like myspace and others, but Image code works here. Go to the little pic of mountains above, click it and put the Image code there and BAM. Pics on your threads.
