Thought it was a Hanwei but the markings say otherwise

I recently bout what I thought was a Hanwei Toyotomi Hideyoshi, based on info from a lady selling a recently deceased family member's items. I received the katana, but quickly realized it is not a Toyotomi. I have half a dozen Hanwei on the wall, and none have these markings, so I am at a loss. I know it is not old, but has anyone seen this? Or can anyone give me any info on this?

It looks to me like Katsumasa 雄昌.
However it is not the Showa gunto Seki swordmaker Kojima Katsumasa who writes his first name 勝正。
