An 0392wc. Considerably nice condition, I believe never sharpened or anything. Pretty dull, perhaps due to combination of age and slight use, but clearly not abused. Only obvious signs are the edges of the clip are slightly rubbed raw. I just received it, still need to take it apart and clean and lube. Not sure if I want to sharpen it myself or send it to someone more skilled, the current edge is slightly uneven and I don't know that I trust myself to correct it.

Sweet knife! I like how Kai went over the top with the packaging. You know you have something special.

Absent of visible corrosion, I have not noticed my stored knives becoming duller over time.

This version was unveiled at one of the blade shows in 2015. They call it a factory custom, zt made and hinderer provided all the hardware. I believe they released 10 or so versions, this is one of my favorites. Other favorite would be the blue Bowie version, very rare, only 2 or 3 have ever come up for sale on r/knife_swap. Just Google zt 0392 and you can see all the various versions, all fairly rare limited production. Kinda like a zt x hinderer eklipse collab.

Agreed. This was Kai and ZT's high water mark in my opinion. They just don't make anything like this anymore which is a shame. They had a few of these limited edition collab models back in the day, obviously all the 0392 versions are probably the most well known, but they also did the 0606cf which you literally never see but is amazing. Another favorite is the 0801brwcf. I really wish they would do limited edition collab models again, Ive always liked them much more than anything they've done the last few years.
