Thought you would like this...

Just read it Mick, I personally thought you handled it very well! I think you hurt his wittle feewings when you told him to **** off! :D

Wow.......I bet he still wants a Strider. He just can't admit it now.
Bet he hates Archie Bunker too.

Cheers,

Hal

Hell, I'm in sales, but I don't want to sell to everyone....i see it as everyone running around with my product represents me in some way...and if that person is a jacka$$, then that is a poor reflection on me. people expect their a$$ to be kissed too much these days.
way to go Mick!
cheers,
Derek

Nice one, hope he doesn't turn tail and run just cause somebody told him to f off. I liked how somebody pointed out that his 2 posts were for knocking ya.
Keep up the good work,
Reed

He'd better narrow his search. Right now I'd say there are at least a half dozen makers he's not buying from. Give it a week, and he'll be running out of choices. :)

I just can't believe what a big deal the thing turned out to be. Four pages and growing! Nice piece of marketing Mick! Worked like a charm!

One of the most annoying things said was about the customer always being right. People try to show their 'business savvy' quoting a well known and overly simplistic saying ... all the while just illustrating the self-serving nature of sales. When somebody is being rude etc. you're not doing them any favors by encouraging it (with the only motivation being financial gain.)

You have got to love these forums.

In my line of work I find that not only is the customer not always right it is just the opposite. The customer often times has no idea of what you are up against. Yes you need customers in order for your buisness to prosper but you do not need every customer.

I love the look on the faces of customers who "have a proplem" and I offer to pay their bill if they promiss to never come back! I seceretly hope they tell their friends, should they have ANY, so that I will not have to put up with them either. Life is too short to put up with jerks. I for one do not need the greif.

Bravo Mick! Keep up the good work.
