I'm planning to buy this knife and I know it has been discontinued. I know about a shop where I live that has it. I just want to know what people here think about it as a survival knife, especially when it comes to its chopping and batoning performance. I know the blade is pretty thin, like 3mm. I have the Aqua Salt and the Pacific Salt and have quite a lot of experience with H-1 steel. The corrosion proofness is also one thing that attracts me to the Rock Salt and also its slight kukri-like recurve, and its look of course. Any owners who have some thoughts about it?
