Thoughts on a polished blade on regular slabs?

I'm thinking of ordering a polished blade for one of my Sebenzas (small classic w/ dual-silver thumb studs). It has regular, tumbled slabs. I'm having a little trouble picturing what it would look like. What are your thoughts on this, and if anyone have pictures of such a configuration, please post it.

personally, I prefer the polished blade. it seems more corrosion resistant than the bead blasted.

Yep. That looks nice. My scales are a little lighter than yours (maybe just from lots of wear), I think. I think it will look good with my scales as well. BTW, I like that back bevel. It's a nice touch. Added corrosion resistance is a nice benefit, too.

Yes it is a swedge. Swedge is perfect, I highli recomend it! Perfect thing and it looks very cool :-)

My small regular has a polished blade - I prefer it over stone washed. I have pictures, but it would take me an hour to post them here if I even could.

This is the best picture I could come up with right now. I like the polished blade much more than the stonewashed. Note that the hollow ground area is polished while the flats by the spine are still stonewashed.

That's a nice looking knife you've got there. Is that how they typically do polished blades, with the flats still stone-washed? Or do they typically polish the entire thing? In my email exchanges with Anne and Heather we only mentioned doing a "polished blade." I wonder if it would look like yours or if the entire thing would be polished.

I just got this one. Check the polish out on this blade. Pics aren't the greatest but not bad.

I have one in the large regular format. I love it. Wish I would have thought about it more when I ordered other folders from them before.
