Sorry guys, title should've said SE instead of FS. My bad.

I'm probably going to get the sweetly discounted serrated ZDP Endura, but I'd love some feedback from someone who has one already.

How is the sharpness out of box? Is it a bear to resharpen? Any other info welcome and appreciated.

I have the ZDP SE delica and i love it! Its very sharp out of the box, but i havent had it long enough to think about sharpening...but for my first SE blade i was very surprised just how sharp it is :D

I have the SE E4W, and the serrations on that knife are the best I've ever used.
Given that the E4W is going to be left as sharp as possible, for aggressive wildlife and such, I wanted a utility knife with the serrations to really put them through the paces.
I should have the knife later this month, and am very eagerly awaiting its arrival.

Just so all of the regulars know, the best way to sharpen this one is on paper wheels (using the edge with care and proper angle), but don't let it get dull or you'll have to break out diamond rods...that wasn't fun at all.

So you did get one? Are your wheels thin enough to get between the serrations?

Try the DMT diafold sharpener for serrations, they work very well.

Yes on both counts.

The wheel would have to be 1/8" thick to go between serrations. However, you can use the corner of the wheels to get down into the serration and that works well. Saying the wheel is thin enough to get in there isn't really accurate.

He did say the best way was to use the edge, maybe you missed that part. ;)
