I was just wondering what your thoughts were on the Columbia River M16 and the Kershaw blur. Is the blur assisted opening?

Hello, new guy here (and my first post):
Yes, they are open-assisted. I had one, but traded it in for the Blackout, because the handles sand-papered my hand every time I put my hand into my pocket. It is a nice knife, in my opinion. That was the only thing I didn't like about it. But I also like the Blackout.
Just my opinion.
