From their website, it looks like they're assembled in the US, likely out of Chinese parts. For me, personally, that's not a deal breaker and the fact that they're honest about it and don't try to hide it behind a bunch of BS is, IMO, a point in their favor. That said, the A5 is priced slightly higher than I can get a Kershaw Livewire that IS made in the US, which makes it an awfully difficult sell for me.
