Since there's not really a Scrapyard sub forum... I'll post it here...

thoughts on the 411? I'm thinking about picking one up. I guess some user feedbacks/ reviews + pictures would be nice.

I know it's the Swamp forum, but wow - I figured there would be much more love for this blade!

HT - In my opinion the 411 and the Rodent 4 are about as perfect as you get for that size. I personally prefer the micarta or g10 of the R4, but the mudders on the 411 can't be beat for weight or comfort. I carry several knives on my belt, but I EDC a Maxpedition fatboy that hides my orange handled 411. I also gave an orange one to Paw Paw that he carries on his belt. Especially at a $100, you would be hard pressed to find a better knife, pound for pound, anywhere in the world!

I love my 411. It's a rare day to find me leave the house without it. I did however strip the coating off mine but that's it. It will take a beating and ask for more. I wear it scout style on my left side while carrying my firearm on my right side in a buy brown taco sheath with tec-lok . The knife and sheath were all gifted to me by forum members and to this day I'm still thankful and have to say they gave me the perfect combo, love it wouldn't sell it for any amount and did I mention I love it !
