Thoughts on the DPx Hest

You probably should use the search function more.

There used to be a subforum devoted to DPx gear. It didn't last very long.
 
The fixed blade is my favourite knife. Not too big, not to small, borderline unbreakable.

My folder had a problem with lockup, it's on it's way back to the shop... but i think i could summarize my feelings as cautiously extremely favourable. Theres a couple threads about the folder in the Reviews subforum....
 
I prefer the bottle opener to be at the other end like the Tom Krein Dogfish. Easier with the fixed blade than the folder I guess.

Quite happy with mine. Been in my pocket all but a few days out of the past two weeks.

I have heard and seen via utube that the lock folds pretty easy. Don't know if that is indicative of all of them but the one I saw via utube did not inspire confidence. keepem sharp
