I have the verry first ripcord #. 1 of 500 first production.
And I have never used it. Considering getting a new one to use.
So getting to my question what do you think of the blade and its design in general?

You actually have 1 of 500 not the 1st of 500. All the pre productions are marked 1 of whatever. And I don't know much about the ripcord, always seemed a bit odd to me.

It says 1 on it not 1st. I bought it on a whim and I saw it said 1 of 500 when I got home so never used it.
It is kinda a odd knife and the handle is a little weird. so is the metal deploy clip ot came with

As neverdie36 said you have one of 500, not the first ripcord. They all have the same markings 1 of 500.

Common misconception. All 500 First Production Ripcord knives say "1 of 500" as do a lot of others. You might have the 372nd of 500. There's really no way to tell. If you decide to use it now, let us know what your first impressions are.

Wise not to use it anyway, I personally look at first production runs as collector's pieces as they are hard to come by.
